We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Stockport, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home. Whether it's assistance with daily activities, clinical care support, or companionship.
Meet our Service user
Our service user is a young man in his early 20s who lives with his family in Stockport and requires support with his complex care needs throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.
He has a friendly personality, a great sense of humour and a very loving nature. He has a zest for life and an appetite for fun, laughter, and joy.
He enjoys watching TV, listening to music, playing on his iPad and loves the interaction and engagement with his family and care team.
Throughout the day you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, attending to his clinical care requirements and assisting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests. You will prioritise his safety, overall, wellbeing and provide a supportive environment for him to thrive.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience Required
1. 3 months previous care
2. Personal Care
3. Moving and Handling
4. Medication Administration
We have the following shifts available;
5. Full Time Days Available
6. 3-4 shifts per week
7. Days will be a mixture of early, Mid-day and late afternoon shifts.
8. Alternate weekends are needed for this position
Take a look at our payrates
Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £135.00 based on a 10-hour shift)
Saturday: £14.50 per hour (£159.50 approx. per 11-hour shift)
Sunday: £15.00 per hour (£165 approx. per 11-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (£192.50 approx. per 11-hour shift)
