Grafton Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading European manufacturer who are expanding their UK footprint in the industrial sector. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships and to bring on new businesses.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
Develop processes and strategies to drive sales and deliver excellent levels of customer service. Focus on a solution-based, technical sell and long-term strategic partnerships with customers.
Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UK.
Address customer concerns related to products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and build relationships with clients in sector such as warehouses, and distribution centres.
To achieve assigned activity goals and other defined targets within the agreed budget.
Stay up to date on the company products and market changes.
Prepare and execute sales and business expansion plans to support revenue growth.
Generate and follow up on leads from internal and external sources. Act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers.
