Randstad C and P are working with a trusted FM client in Newcastle upon Tyne to onboard a Mobile Maintenance Electrician. As a mobile maintenance electrician you will be responsible for all the PPM and reactive electrical maintenance on a portfolio of commercial contracts in Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas.
This is a full:time, permanent opportunity. The main working hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (8am : 5pm)

Main Duties:
* Expertly diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
* Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
* Manage all planned and reactive tasks from start to finish, including fault diagnosis, sourcing parts, and overseeing repairs.
* Efficiently and effectively carry out electrical maintenance on all relevant assets, ensuring their reliability and safety.
* Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
* Maintain records of all work performed, including repairs, installations, and materials used.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (City and Guilds)
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
* Full UK driving license and own reliable vehicle.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar FM/ Commercial role.
