Full Time Permanent
Hybrid: 1-2 days per week on site
Salary: £34,000-£40,000 depending on experience - OTE circa £50,000

The Role of Contact Centre Sales Team Manager...
1. Managing a sales through service team of circa 15 advisors.
2. Focus on hitting sales targets and KPI's such as average call handling, quality and conversion.
3. Conducting 121's with your team, looking at areas to improve performance and regularly providing feedback.
4. Setting a clear strategy and goals making sure you and your team align with this.
5. Drive best practice to ensure that you are constantly hitting the right standards.
The Person…
1. Demonstrable evidence of leading a team of sales through service advisors in a busy contact centre environment.
2. Strong operational leadership and able to demonstrate hitting sales targets consistently.
3. Able to hit key metrics in relation to culture engagement scoring and customer NPS results.
4. Commercially savvy and able to foster a high-performance culture.
5. Collaborate and work effectively with peers internally at all levels.
6. Always strive to do the right thing by your customer base.
7. Able to coach and mentor your team effectively.
