CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER (CX)
UP TO £55,000
HYBRID WORKING – 1X DAY A WEEK IN ESSEX
We're partnering with one of the fastest growing travel insurance organisations in the world. With a portfolio of brands covering the UK, Ireland and Australia, this is a great opportunity to work with a variety of data and really drive internal customer experience programs across the wider business.
THE ROLE:
The Customer Experience Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Utilise quantitative and qualitative data, and various other data sources to generate strategic insights
* Report insights and business recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Helpe mentor and develop junior members of the team
* Develop and deepen internal customer experience programs
* Manager customer journeys across all brands and services
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Customer Insight Manager will have:
* Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data
* Experience within the insurance sector is desirable
* A background in customer experience within an agency or brand environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA)
