Job responsibilities
We are looking for a confident Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week, 12 hour day shifts from 07:30am to 19:30, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Devon Lodge.
Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person's specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the individuals we care for.

* Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
