Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Work alongside teachers to create engaging and interactive lessons. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, boosting their confidence and understanding. Encourage positive behaviour and nurture a friendly classroom environment. Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers to support their development. Help supervise students during activities, school trips, and break times. Requirements of the Teaching Assistant: A passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students. Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
