We are looking to recruit a Resources Administrator based at our Head Office in Carmarthen. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, time management and communication skills. You must have excellent attention to detail and you will provide first rate customer service to clients and staff. Amongst a variety of other things the successful applicant will: Liaise with and support the Finance team in processing the purchasing and procurement of goods and services whilst maintaining accurate records Provide administrative support to the Resources team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organising office documentation. Handle and direct incoming phone calls, emails and other enquiries. Oversee all Stori’s office facilities’ functions, ensuring a productive, clean and organised work environment. Act as the point of contact for external suppliers, and manage external suppliers’ contracts in relation to the smooth running of offices. Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring they have necessary office resources (e.g. computers, ID badges, keys). Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK. Interviews will be held in Carmarthen on mid January.
