Main duties of the job Act as the BCYP Mental Health Programme lead for Mid and South Essex and represent the ICB at strategic commissioning meetings and boards Support the Senior Programme Manager for Babies, Children and Young People to developing the portfolio of work in Mid and South Essex Lead the delivery of one or more strategic or programme plans, supporting key milestones to be delivered and raising any issues associated with the delivery Can demonstrate and deliver business acumen in their area of responsibility ensuring value for money, understanding the system challenges, identifying risks to delivery and the driving factors for delivery for our system partners Lead, facilitate and monitor programmes of work including reporting processes, identifying challenges and understanding when to escalate for resolution Be the key lead on specific programmes including co-ordinating and chairing meetings/networks, preparing agendas, ensuring appropriate actions are recorded and then delivered Prepare and report updates to committees and boards, both internal to the ICB and to our system partners - including developing presentations of complex information and presenting to key groups when required Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and learning in a financially challenged system Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Hybrid Working.
