The FM Account Manager objectives are to build close working relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders, ensuring that Biffa maintains a fully compliant estate with robust loss prevention strategies in place, reducing any operational downtime.
The FM Account Manager will continually strive for improvements in performance and help to develop a joint strategic agenda with suppliers to ensure ongoing performance is monitored and improved, risks are managed, and costs are reduced.
We are looking for an experienced FM Account Manager with FM knowledge, who is looking to make a positive impact within a changing environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day running of both the hard & soft services, organizing the site team and supply chain to meet contractual outputs and objectives.
2. Maintain customer relations including progress meetings, site visits, and obtaining referrals.
3. Manage a team of soft & hard services contractors and contract support workers effectively to maximize the performance of the company.
4. Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy.
5. Operation and maintenance of the CAFM systems to ensure the management of planned and reactive tasks.
Requirements:
1. BIFM / NEBOSH Qualification (Desirable)
2. Proven track record of contract management (Desirable)
3. A good understanding of the Health and Safety legislation
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Forward-thinking skills
6. Ability to respond to out of hours to support operations.
