If so, you may have found the role you have been looking for The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the support and coordination of project taskings in support of the NP Aerospace Specialist Vehicles (SV) Business Unit. The role will include the coordination of all project taskings across the SV Business Unit which are received from external customers. This will involve liaising with a variety of functions across the Business Units to ensure that tasks are allocated and prioritised to meet the customer timeframe requirements. Due to the nature of contract and the customer requirements, the successful Project Coordinator will have excellent administrative and communication skills. Maintain an up to date database of all taskings received and progress status. Allocation of taskings to Project Managers ensuring required completion dates are clear and concise. Updating of the Business Units ‘Pipedrive’ system. Liaise with Supply Chain to obtain supplier quotes to enable customer documentation to be completed. Liaise with Goods Inwards / Despatch to ensure transportation of parts is achieved to customer timeframe requirements. Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule Provision of robust management information reporting on progress both internally and externally.
