What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll ensure that all policies and procedures are applied to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing Financials: Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular financial reviews to maintain the financial health of each estate.
* Maintenance Oversight: Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring all site inspections, contractor management, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
* Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings with residents and directors, draft professional correspondence, and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
* Major Works: Oversee major works programs, tender contracts, and ensure all assets and insurance claims are effectively managed.
What You’ll Bring:
* Qualifications:
o Degree preferable, good standard of education required.
o TPI Part 1 or other property qualifications desirable.
* Experience:
o Demonstrable, relevant management experience, ideally in property, estate, or customer management.
o Budget and financial control experience, with some knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
* Skills:
o Strong time management, project management, and delegation skills.
o Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for financial analysis.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Qube is a plus.

The salary banding for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
Please note that the portfolio for this role will be Birmingham based, but you will need to travel to our Manchester office a couple of times a month.
