Could you help students settle in on campus and make them feel comfortable at BCUSU events? Is being friendly and helpful natural to you? Apply to become a BCUSU Outreach Assistant.
We're looking for enthusiastic and approachable individuals who can help engage with students across all BCU campuses and at BCUSU Reception at City South and Curzon.
What experience do you need?
You do not need any previous experience to become an Outreach Assistant; however, a positive attitude, willingness to speak with students, and good communication skills will be key to this role.
What will you need to do?
1. Deliver the outreach function to increase engagement for BCUSU.
2. Improve student experience by providing a dynamic and friendly approach to all students.
3. Promote BCUSU services, activities, and events.
Hours per week will vary. BCUSU hosts events throughout the year, and BCUSU Reception is open 9am - 4pm every weekday.
Interviews
Successful candidates will be contacted for a 30-minute chat with BCUSU Head of Engagement and Outreach Data Analyst. As we are expecting a high number of applicants, we will only be able to inform successful candidates. If you haven't heard back from us by Friday 8th November, it is likely your application has been unsuccessful.
