Full-Time Job: Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics & Finance
The essential duty of this position is to obtain knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Bank, including but not limited to:
* Lending: Be able to analyze, underwrite and process loan applications, including the ability to review applicant’s financial status, credit and collateral evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans, in accordance with Loan Policy.
* Operations: Understand deposit operations duties, processes and procedures, including regulatory requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Financial Crimes Security process and procedures.
* Finance: Understand the business of Banking, the Bank’s financial statements, budgets, liquidity and asset/liability management goals.
* Human Resources & Management: Have a basic understanding of labor law regulations and how they affect management decisions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
* Banking and/or loan services experience preferred.
Requirements:
While performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 20 pounds, and communicate effectively with others. The employee may be required to work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings/trainings, and/or travel.
In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to conform to the following:
