The Role
This dynamic role supports a global business operating in 35 countries, undergoing continuous growth and change. The jobholder will contribute to developing the Group Reward Function, offering ideas and process improvements to enhance customer service. This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand skills and knowledge across the Reward portfolio.
The Reward Analyst will collaborate with the Global Reward Manager and Senior Reward Analyst for guidance and support within the operating framework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Reward advice to Managers and members of the HR team, particularly in relation to the Reward planning cycle, new hires and Reward related queries.
2. Carry out and review job matching in conjunction with Business Units (BUs) where appropriate, supply CT data to salary surveys, analyse survey output in relation to CT Reward Strategy, and help to create structure for the internal reward framework.
3. Provide ad hoc benchmarking for existing and new roles within the business.
4. Support the Annual Reward Review cycle in:
1. Data gathering and validation from various sources and engaging with Payroll to ensure complete alignment between HR and payroll data.
2. Managing the secure distribution of files via SharePoint including giving/removing access to relevant parties during the process.
3. Producing documentation at the end of the process.
4. Preparing data files to send to Payroll to instruct payments to be initiated.
5. Preparing salary and bonus data to be uploaded to the HR system at the end of the process.
5. Provide data and analysis for best practice/future legislation reviews e.g. gender pay gap reporting.
6. Continually look for ways to improve existing reward processes and increase automation of these processes.
7. Partner with the HR and IT teams to enhance the Reward functionality of the HR System.
8. Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that are allocated to you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post.

Required Skills
1. Strong understanding of the Reward Cycle, including salary surveys, benchmarking, salary budgeting, salary planning, bonus payments, and reward communications.
2. Clear appreciation of how pay, benefits, and pensions integrate to form a comprehensive and effective Total Reward strategy.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills, including data collection, manipulation, and analysis from multiple sources.
4. Demonstrates flexibility under pressure, meeting tight deadlines when required.
5. Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem analysis and resolution.
6. Ensures accuracy through a rigorous and precise working style.
7. Skilled at creating structure and processes from ambiguity and varied activities.
8. Maintains 100% compliance and accuracy in alignment with process requirements.
9. Strong analytical and questioning mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
10. Collaborative team player, capable of working independently when needed.
11. Confident and professional in interactions with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
12. Adaptable to complex, fast-changing environments.
13. Proficiency in Power BI (Desirable).
14. Experience in developing work or project plans to deliver complex tasks on time and in order (Desirable).
