A new opportunity exists for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MARKETING MANAGER. THE ROLE: London based r. Identifying new business leads with key projects teams such as Architects, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, consultants - may include cold calling, networking events etc Independently managing client relationships for repeat business - arranging meetings with clients on an ongoing basis & populating pipeline works for the Directors to review on a bi monthly basis Conduct site surveys during a tender process and report back to bid team with findings for inclusion within tenders Development of a company newsletter for the distribution to London client list to keep them updated on projects / method of keeping in touch Update linked in, Instagram & news stories on the website. Portfolios to be kept up to date with new photography from completed projects - material for use in business development. DESIRED CRITERIA The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience & a proven track record within a similar construction role. Strong knowledge of the London construction market - including detailed knowledge of the high-end residential sector and 5 hotel sector. Proven track record as a Business Development from within the construction sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams & client teams. Excellent IT skills - Proficient in Microsoft office, including Microsoft PowerPoint in the development of presentations for client meetings and mid-bid / post tender interviews A generous salary & remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate.
