Priority Candidates will be considered in the first instance SWAN/LAG & Atherton - Various Locations across the Wigan & Leigh Borough Salary: Grade 10, 43,693 - 47,754 per annum. 37 hours per week Your role: As a Family Help Deputy Practice Manager within the Children & Families Department, you will support the Practice Manager with operational performance, Human Resource and Health and Safety within associated service areas will require continuous effort. You will support the management of one or two of the neighbourhood Early Family Help Teams, this is subject to locality size and demographics. About you: The postholder should hold a professional qualification in a related field outlined in the person specification with proven relevant experience. They will have significant experience in early help and prevention services with professional understanding of safeguarding thresholds and a working knowledge of the principles that underpin Early Help practice. They will have experience of leading, coaching, managing and proving clear supervision to a targeted and/ or specialist team as well as experience of completing quality assurance activity, producing reports to a high standard, displaying effective written and verbal communication skills utlilising analytical and judgmental skills to analyse and interpret varied and complex information.
