Majella McCarthy, our new Director of Children's Services is passionate about driving improvement in outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Due to the promotion of the current postholder, we are looking for an experienced, innovative and ambitious social worker who places children and young people at the centre of everything they do. This aspirational social worker will support the Head of Service to lead on the development and management of the Newly Qualified Social Work Academy. In this role, you will provide reflective supervision, mentoring, and practice development for Newly Qualified Social Workers on the ASYE programme.
