Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager looking for your next role in and around the Oxfordshire area?
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a cluster of dispersed Supported Living services in Oxfordshire, namely Bicester and Wallingford. The services cater for 13 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, with 45 support workers enabling them to thrive.
The organisation is hugely successful and innovative national non-for-profit organisation, and this role reports directly into the Operations Director.
The role will involve duties to:
* Ensure person-centred care plans and health action plans are regularly reviewed and implemented
* Ensure the health and wellbeing of the people we support, in line with CQC Guidelines and the client’s policies
* Deliver effective risk assessments and emergency plans to ensure the people we support are safe
* Make sure your staff team are appropriately trained and motivated to provide high quality support
* Make sure complaints are managed, resolved and reflected on.
