The Social Media and Community Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's digital presence. Reporting to the Head of Growth, the role offers the opportunity to work creatively and strategically, with the potential to make a direct impact on global engagement and sales.
The Social Media and Community Manager will:
* Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
* Create engaging, high-quality content, including videos, photos, and graphics.
* Manage community engagement by fostering connections and responding to comments.
* Track and analyse key performance metrics, optimising strategies for success.
* Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience (4+ years) managing Instagram and TikTok for brands.
* Strong content creation abilities in photography, videography, and editing.
* Expertise in social media algorithms and trends.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
