Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)

The Role:
This part-time role will involve:
• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2, particularly those who require additional help in literacy and numeracy.
• Delivering booster groups and tailored interventions under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
• Assisting pupils with special educational needs to access the curriculum and develop confidence.
• Providing in-class support and promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Knowledge of interventions and strategies for supporting SEN learners.
• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
