The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Associate or Associate within our development team. The role will involve acting on behalf of developer clients, managing your own complex and varied caseload of files, supervising less experienced team members, and taking an active role in business development initiatives. We are looking for a lawyer who will be instrumental in the continued growth of a dynamic and successful department and enjoy the rewards for their contribution. A flexible attitude to work, exceptional client care, a good team player, coupled with a drive to achieve are necessary for this role.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experienced Solicitor who has advised developers (housebuilders and/or social housing providers) in Wales and England
* Expertise to cover site acquisition / development / section 106 agreements / infrastructure agreements / package deals / Golden Brick transactions and large scale disposals / stock transfers
* Commercially focused
* Personable and confident team leader
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Enthusiasm for business development
