Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Payroll Specialist located in Sevenoaks. The Finance and Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, processing payroll, accounting, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks will include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, reconciling accounts, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.

* Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Financial Data Analysis
* Experience in Finance and managing Financial Statements
* Proficient in Accounting practices and principles
* Excellent Communication skills for internal and external interactions
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in payroll management is a plus
* Proficiency in financial software applications
