We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our well-established client. This role will be split between two sites, one in Berkshire and one in Oxfordshire. Please note, due to the locations for this role, own transport is essential. Responsibilities: Supporting general operations to ensure a superior customer experience. Support additional project and compliance work such as Carbon & ISO Accreditation. Developing and leading quality in administration across the company. Handle general office duties: answering phones, scheduling, photocopying, and printing. Maintain equipment and stock supplies. Assisting general manager in planning and allocating resources for training and projects, ensuring staff utilization and escalating gaps Providing support to the operations team to ensure efficient and effective order turnaround which meets company standards, work may include processing customer orders, organising transport, facilitating communication with warehouse Requirements: Positive, reliable, flexible and motivated individual. Capable of prioritising working well as part of a team with the ability to work independently as needed. IT proficiency Professional and confident in building interpersonal relationships and can work with complete discretion. Knowledge of standard organisational policies, procedures and systems Adapt with Microsoft programs: Teams, Excel, Outlook & experience in an administrative role in a small business. Working Hours & Salary: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5pm. Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum dependant on experience. ADZN1_UKTJ
