Lotus Cars is a world-class manufacturer of high-performance, lightweight sports cars, including the Emira and Evija. Our UK-based manufacturing plant in Hethel is at the forefront of innovation, and we are seeking a Talent Coordinator to support our Organisation Development department.
Role Summary
The Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative, resourcing, data, and reporting support to the TD&P and TA teams. This position requires strong data analytics skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
1. Generate reports and dashboards from digital platforms to drive efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
2. Provide high-quality talent acquisition support for both permanent and contingent hires.
3. Support TA with shortlisting, candidate screening calls, role offers, and the issuing of employment contracts.
4. Evaluate learning activities, collate feedback, and align learning outcomes with strategic goals.
5. Act as the primary contact for digital learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors), liaising with users and providers.
6. Manage key learning processes, including scheduling (meetings and interviews), venue bookings, and program administration.
7. Support Early Careers initiatives, including assessment days and Apprenticeship Digital Account System (DAS) management.
8. Administer and manage the Performance Review process, ensuring clear communication and high participation rates.
9. Handle OD/TD&P service inquiries and provide initial triage support.
10. Coordinate purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes for the TD&P and TA team.
11. Oversee OD policies, procedures, and general administrative tasks for the OD team.
12. Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Director of Organisational Development.
What You'll Bring
1. Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
2. Professional telephone manner when liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in AI-driven data extraction and reporting tools.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
8. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Customer service-focused approach.
Desirable Skills & Experience
1. Experience in supplier management and invoice processing.
2. HR analytics and data reporting skills using Power BI or similar dashboards.
3. Knowledge of IR35 regulations.
4. Familiarity with SuccessFactors and TeamTailor.
5. Previous experience working in recruitment/talent.
