Interiors PA We are looking for a PA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to the Interiors team. Be able to travel to Notting Hill, W10 Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Interiors team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports. • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other and the workshop to ensure smooth running of projects. • Monitor and update project timelines. • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials for client meetings. • Research and source materials, furniture, and other items for projects. • Assist with the coordination of deliveries and installations. • Maintain accurate records and filing systems. • Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering supplies. Requirements: • Good organisational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • A positive and proactive attitude.
