About Us:

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with students on an individual or small group basis, providing emotional and behavioral support.
2. Implement targeted strategies to assist students in managing and regulating their emotions.
3. Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of belonging and trust.
4. Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to create a holistic support plan for each student.
5. Act as a positive role model, inspiring and motivating students to reach their potential.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Youth Mentor or in a similar role.
2. Understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Empathy and patience when working with students facing social and emotional difficulties.
5. Relevant qualifications or certifications in youth work or a related field.
