We are recruiting for a Plumber to work on a maintenance contract across the Liverpool area on several estates. The role will involve completing PPM and reactive maintenance, plus plumbing small works and compliance duties. This is a permanent position paying £35,000 basic, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Plumber Description:
1. Carry out the delivery of Planned & Reactive Maintenance relating to all plumbing and drainage infrastructure, such as TMV, Thermal Balancing Valves, Shower Head clean & disinfection, Pressure Reducing Valves, and replacement of toilets and cisterns.
2. Carry out the delivery of Planned & Reactive Maintenance to all building services, including Heating, Ventilation, Closed Loop, and Domestic Water systems.
3. Carry out the delivery of Planned & Reactive Maintenance of pipework, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
4. Support Small Works and Variations as requested through line management teams.
5. Ensure a good understanding of systems to enable swift resolution and minimize downtime of assets. Be dynamic in diagnostic assessments and effecting temporary repairs if required.
6. Understand and follow specified job plans and manufacturers' specifications relating to all works undertaken.
7. Maintain accurate electronic & hard copy records of all works undertaken, ensuring accuracy of job plan timings, log notes, and information supporting corrective/remedial works.
8. All work must be carried out to the relevant trade standards.
9. Assist and advise management on statutory compliance.
10. Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment prior to starting work, evidencing it is safe to proceed.
11. Prepare and use Risk assessments and Methods statements (RAMS) for all tasks undertaken.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
1. Completed a relevant apprenticeship / qualified Plumber, Plumbing Engineering, etc.
2. Experience of Maintenance.
3. Experience with commercial scale buildings.
4. Experience with H&S processes, RAMS, and logging jobs on a database.
5. Experience with compliance checks, TMVs, and tap temperatures.
6. Ideally, have anti-legionella experience.
7. Valid driving license.
8. Ability to pass a DBS check.
