We're looking for an experienced Building Manager to take charge of a landmark residential development in Manchester. With premium facilities and a growing resident community, this is your chance to create something truly special.

Your Mission:
You'll be the heartbeat of the development-leading your team, supporting residents, and keeping everything running like clockwork. From maintenance coordination to managing move-ins and resolving queries, you'll be front and centre, making life better for everyone who calls this place home.
What You'll Be Doing:
6. Lead, support, and motivate your on-site team
7. Oversee day-to-day building management and compliance checks
8. Coordinate contractors and planned maintenance
9. Welcome new residents and provide a visible on-site presence
10. Manage keys, parcels, and resident licenses (pets, alterations etc.)
11. Drive engagement, build trust, and help shape a true community feel
What You'll Bring:
12. Experience managing residential developments or transferable environments (hospitality, military, leisure, etc.)
13. Confident, engaging leadership style
14. Excellent communication and organisational skills
15. A hands-on, people-first approach
16. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
