Applications Support Analyst Application Support Engineer – SQL / MS Dynamics My Leeds based client is looking to recruit an experienced IT Applications Support Engineer on an initial 9 month fixed term basis. As Support Engineer you will provide a 3rd Line Business Support function on a range of business applications operating on an international basis. The Operations Engineer will own and resolve incidents / problems, undertaking routine maintenance, administration and continuous improvement across the Applications landscape. Liaising with Core IT Operations and 3rd Party Support Vendors, the Operations Engineer will : Work with the ServiceNow ticketing system on incident, change and problem tickets Cross skill multiple technologies to team colleagues across the business Liaise with systems development staff and software suppliers on the development of system enhancements Monitor applications across cloud, Azure and on premise Undertake system documentation using required standards, methods and tools Mitigate risk and undertake problem solving, root cause analysis Technically, the Applications Support Engineer will be able to demonstrate the following: MS SQL, SQL Query PowerBI and SSRS MS Dynamics An understanding of Agile and DevOps Proficiency in CRM Applications including InterAction, Vuture and / or Poppulo Proficiency in configuration management Understanding of Intapp RelativelyOne e-discovery Endpoint and server security In return, you will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package.
