You’ll be responsible for:
1. Analyzing and following up sales and KPIs to take wise actions to grow results
2. Communicating with the District Team regarding store allocations to secure a good garment level to support the selling
3. Ensuring the store execution meets the brand standards on a daily basis
4. Implementing and following up on the store operations
5. Ensuring the maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way
6. Actively prevent loss together with the store team, ensuring that all appropriate audit guidelines are being followed
7. Performing store operations (store appearance, cleanliness, and stock organization)
8. Leading team with compassion and understanding while delivering strong sales results
9. Delivering outstanding styling sessions and establishing loyalty within the community
