My client is a world leader in specialised electronic technologies and they are looking for a Process Engineering & Facilities Manager based in Portchester, Hampshire to join their growing engineering team.
The Process Engineering & Facilities Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes to ensure production output and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Analyse production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
3. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Qualifications:
1. Lean / Six Sigma implementation experience.
2. Team management of a highly skilled mixed discipline team across Process Engineers and Facilities Engineers.
3. Aerospace/defence experience preferred.
4. Electronics manufacturing experience a significant advantage.
