Fixed term contract for 18 months
A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Learning & Development Officer within the Human Resources Team. We are a busy, vibrant team within the Resources Directorate with great working relationships across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships.
Key aspects of this role as a Senior Learning & Development Officer:
* Design and deliver Leadership & Management workshops
* Adhoc team support – away days etc
* Identification of training needs and proposal of most effective initiatives
* Facilitating Leadership Hub events
* Aiding implementation of coaching & mentoring platform
* Providing guidance and advice on individual and team development opportunities
About you:
* You will have experience of developing and delivering middle / senior management development workshops
* Demonstrate both operational and strategic thinking when proposing new ways of working / initiatives
* Engaging presentation style – demonstrate connection with the audience
* Ability to interpret feedback to improve existing materials and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth
* A background in children’s social care is not essential.
