What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• Be qualified to GCSE level in English and Maths or have equivalent qualifications.
• Have an approved Level 2 EYFS Qualification
• Be creative and have the ability to engage and stimulate children, in the classroom and during play.
• Provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children maintaining a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment.
• Be passionate about giving young children the very best start in life.
• Be committed to raising standards.
• Have high expectations of pupil’s attainment and behaviour.
• Be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have an understanding of safeguarding and follow the school’s safeguarding policy.
