Day-to-day of the role: Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive service experience. Listen attentively to customer concerns and document them accurately. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers. Clearly explain recommended repairs and services to customers. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services. Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills.
