Customer Support Administrator, Poole, Part Time - Temporary £26,000 FTE
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be working for a well-established client in the Poole area providing support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate information.
2. Plan and coordinate engineer schedules, customer visits, and diaries.
3. Process sales orders, generate quotations, and manage order confirmations and dispatch communication with customers.
4. Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team, including handling incoming calls and emails, and covering for colleagues when required.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
2. Essential experience in customer service and office administration.
3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
4. Experience with CRM/ERP systems and database management is a plus.
5. Good communication skills, calm under pressure, and a technical or sales/support-driven mindset desirable.
