Key Responsibilities: Program Development: Create programs for new assemblies using offline CAD DTPS software. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve faults in robotic systems. Product Testing: Participate in the testing of new products to ensure optimal performance. Documentation: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly processes and troubleshooting guides. Factory Support: Work hands-on with the factory floor team to assist in builds and enhance product knowledge. Program Optimisation: Review and refine existing programs to eliminate bugs and improve cycle times. Reporting: Generate reports on program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Engage in Lean manufacturing and 5S projects to enhance operational efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile: Third level qualification or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline. At least 1 year of experience in programming robotic machinery. Experience with robotic welding systems is a significant advantage.
