Specifically focused on the Hire to Retire Project, this role will involve exposure to the development, implementation and delivery of HRIS strategic projects focusing on the business change initiatives. To define and enhance our HRIS landscape, by ensuring implementation and expansion of HR systems effectively align with business requirements, this role includes contributing to the project team through the development and delivery of the change management plan and communication initiatives. The remit of the role includes ensuring that processes and solutions for the To-Be solution are in place, business impacts are effectively understood and integrated into the ways of working and all staff are sufficiently trained to effectively utilise the systems. Ensure change initiatives meet objectives to increase adoption and usage, support operational changes and improvements and increase benefits realisation and value creation to the business. Establish and implement the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured. Responsibilities Change Management Creation and Delivery of Project Change Management Plans for each workstream in the Hire to Retire Project (HR Admin, Learning, Time and Attendance and Payroll). Identify and mitigate project risks and develop risk mitigation tactics. Update and/or Create required SOPs and training collateral (written and video content) for key processes Create and support the implementation of the Training of end users of each system. Create and Deliver innovative and effective communication strategies and methods to reach all stakeholders impacted by each workstream. Identify, define, track and deliver the benefits and outcomes required of the project. Support the Successful project delivery and transition to BAU. Stakeholder Analysis and Management Create a stakeholder engagement plan for each workstream and deliver Support stakeholder management strategy during active projects. Engage with business users through appropriate form to support and identify business requirements, understand change impacts and to implement effective management strategies to ensure maximum value creation and benefits realisation to the business. Define stakeholder ownership and involvement during and post project implementation. Acquire range of information about the business situation including any risk or issues to be considered. Communicate change impacts and mitigation strategies to stakeholders as defined within project. System Implementation Develop / support development of collateral for training and transition into BAU. Identify skills required by various roles, establish a network of change champions and train superusers to provide them with skills to ensure business users optimise their use of systems. Review and suggest improvements for system operations to work towards improved effectiveness and efficiency whilst monitoring, maintaining, and advising upon system integrity. Essential Criteria 3 years experience working as a HR Business Partner or similar role(s) Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders Ability to lead/guide and mentor peers Senior stakeholder management & communications Analytical skills & critical thinking Innovative, resilient, decisive and resourceful in problem solving. Strong awareness of HR and T&A processes systems experience. Stakeholder Analysis & Change Management Managing Business Change Design, tools, processes and best practise Experience in delivering change & process engineering System principles and technical understanding Ability to travel and work in locations across UK and Continental Europe. Experience implementing large HRIS/HCM solutions Desirable Criteria Business or IT degree level qualification Change Management qualification Experience working in IS/HRIS team and delivering projects.
