What you will do in your working day
* Acquire a comprehensive range of marketing skills under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Company Director
* Demonstrate these acquired skills progressively, both independently and within a team, to take on responsibilities and enhance contributions to the marketing department
* Gain a deep understanding of the company culture, market strategies, and customer demographics
* Undertake hands-on projects that reinforce learning from theoretical training
* Achieve a balance of academic qualifications and practical marketing experience by the end of the training period
* Successfully implement learned marketing strategies and tools
* Demonstrate increased independence in handling complex marketing tasks as the apprenticeship advances
* Engage in training that encompasses various marketing channels and techniques, including digital media (video and advert creation) and traditional methods
* Execute additional duties as needed, aligning with the role's grade and the overarching goals of the marketing department
The training you will be getting
Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
* Face to face training sessions will be delivered from the state-of-the-art EMA training hub on Siddals Road, central Derby
The 3 core knowledge units are as follows:
* Fundamentals of Marketing
* Content Marketing
* Marketing Campaign Fundamentals
In addition to the modules above, you will also study towards the Google Analytics vendor qualification.
Further support will be provided to you through your Digital Coach/Mentor via onsite visits and remote communication.
