About the Role
As a Team Support Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring athletes and support staff have everything they need to perform at their best. From assisting with logistics and accommodation to creating a welcoming environment for athletes, you’ll be at the heart of our Games delivery team.
We are looking for people who are adaptable, proactive, and committed to making a positive impact. Whether it’s setting up team spaces, coordinating transport, or supporting arrivals and departures, your work will help create a world-class performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Help set up and manage Team England spaces, including accommodation, medical and performance centres, and athlete social areas.
* Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
* Assist with travel and transport logistics.
* Support ticketing, daily scheduling, and information sharing for athletes.
* Manage kit distribution and exchanges.
* Contribute to stakeholder engagement and commercial programmes.
* Ensure smooth arrivals and departures for Team England’s delegation.

* A willingness to work flexible hours, including long shifts when required.
Commitment Required
* Attend two pre-Games workshops (one in October 2025 and one in early 2026).
* Commit to a minimum of two weeks of support between 10th July – 6th August 2026.
* Complete an enhanced DBS check.
* Sign the Team Member Agreement and uphold the Team Code of Conduct.
* Participate in Safeguarding and Anti-Doping workshops (as required by role).
* Work in a non-smoking environment.
