Regional HR Business Partner - South Permanent £60,000 £5,000 Hybrid 3:2 Reporting to the newly appointed CPO, the HRBP will be one of several new hires into the HR function. Following a period of growth through acquisition, and with further growth anticipated, this professional services business is embarking on the build out of its first true HR function. Given the greenfield nature of the function, you’ll play a key role, alongside the HR Operations Manager, in establishing new processes, policies and HR standards, while also identifying the areas of greatest need from a business partnering perspective. As a multi-site business, you will engage with a breadth of senior stakeholders and take ownership of performance, talent and pay review, management capability and helping to build a workforce plan. This role is key to the business having more enabled managers, defined consistency of practice and fostering a clear culture and value proposition to new and existing employees. Given the nature of the business’ growth, the HRBP may be required to support the integration of new business in the future but will certainly be a focal point for encouraging multi-office collaboration and turning individualised HR needs into a regional people plan. While you can expect to collaborate with specialists in recruitment and L&D, the startup nature of the function for the foreseeable may require some hands-on involvement in specialist areas. Who are we looking for? A driven generalist Business Partner or Manager with prior experience of influencing in a growth or complex environment, and experience of establishing new HR practices. Experience in a professional services setting would be advantageous and, given the variance in office locations, willingness to travel is essential.
