Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, agile Payroll & Benefits Specialist, diligent with the details and efficient in work processes. This new position will evolve in both scope and complexity over time.
Duties
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the Payroll & Benefits function and duties
* Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to Payroll & Benefits, policies, and regulations
* Accurate input of payroll data, and assist in running the full Payroll cycle with third party provider (ADP)
* Assist in verifying payroll previews every pay cycle against previous payroll registers
* Complete monthly Payroll processing and administration
* Review, verify and process monthly enrollments, terminations and change in life status events
* Responsible for insuring employee Payroll & Benefits records are properly organized and accurate
* Maintain clear understanding of general benefits related regulatory requirements and updates as well as internal policies, procedures, and control standards
Job Requirements
* Experience in Payroll in one of the following countries: UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France or South Africa in a similar role required
* High-tech, or rapid growth industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required
* Hands-on experience with an HRIS
* Excellent written & communication skills along with high attention-to-detail, required
* Language skills in German, French, Polish or Italian are an asset
