Credit Controller | Wrexham | £30,000
A rare opportunity to join a well-established organisation in Wrexham looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Chasing payments for 2 of the Companies within the Group, via email, and telephone
* Ensuring that all remittances are allocated correctly to ledgers
* Processing cash postings onto the ERP system.
* Reconciliation of the customer accounts
* Opening and monitoring all new accounts and setting credit limits
* Copy invoices, confirming delivery of goods
* Preparing and processing the daily banking and monthly direct debits collections
About You:
* Must have previous experience dealing with customers over the phone in a polite and professional manner
* Proactively deal with issues should they arise
* Confident in liaising with other internal stakeholders
* Competent Excel & Word skills
* Use of an ERP system would be and advantage but not essential as full training will be given
