We are looking for a Learning Technologist to join us to support an exciting phase of development of our digital services. Student Opportunity offers students a broad range of rich co-curricular development opportunities. Through an extensive offer of digital and in-person services, including events, workshops, one-to-one appointments, bursary support, volunteering and internships, we help students develop a global perspective, become culturally aware, and have confidence in achieving their personal vision of career success. As a member of the Student Opportunity IT team, you will play a key role in developing our digital strategy and resources, including working with colleagues across the division and the wider University to review our online services, establish a strategy for our future direction and support the development of creative and engaging learning content. This is both a strategic and hands-on content creation role, working within the University’s guidelines and suite of platforms, particularly Moodle. We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
