Business Improvement Project Manager

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Project Managers with additional experience of Lean Six Sigma to Green Belt level (or higher) to join our growing team.
Role Description
As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects that drive meaningful change across both public and private sector clients. From inception to completion, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets and ensure successful outcomes and benefits delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes, leveraging project and lean six sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex projects
* Drive process improvements and deliver tangible results through the use of lean six sigma and other project methodologies
* Analysing client data using to uncover root causes of inefficiency, process variation, and validate improvements to reduce waste and deliver cost savings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
* Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.
* Oversee logistics management and on-site coordination to ensure efficient project execution.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven project management experience, ideally from a consultancy or transformation-focused environment.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher) with practical experience in applying Lean Six Sigma principles.
* Experience working on projects in both the public and private sectors.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise and confident delivery.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, juggling multiple priorities and projects.
