Job Summary:
This role involves working as a Customer Assistant, followed by progression to Shift Manager, Deputy Store Manager, and finally Store Manager-in-Training. During this time, you will complete university modules and develop your skills and knowledge in retail business, marketing strategy, and finance management.
Responsibilities:
* Work as a Customer Assistant and complete required training
* Join the store leadership team as a Shift Manager and take on additional responsibilities
* Develop leadership skills and complete university modules over the next three years
