Job Overview
The Specialist, reporting to the Senior Policy, Governance and Talent Manager, is responsible for supporting:
1. The delivery and compliance of the Procurement governance framework, policies and processes, in order to enable delivery of the Procurement and wider business objectives.
2. Effectively maintaining, communicating and continuously improving the framework, policies and processes, guiding Procurement team members to adhere to these to drive maximum value.
3. Support the Procurement governance framework, policies and processes and communicate any changes, providing training, support and guidance to ensure consistent and efficient uptake.
4. Support the roll out and implementation of the new Procurement Act, including any subsequent derivations and changes.
5. Support improvements in the governance framework, policies and processes, facilitating delivery of relevant business objectives.
6. Support the management of Procurement risks/issues and operational budget and assess effectiveness of governance in delivering against its aims.

Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home. We are offering a salary of up to £33,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
