Childrens Home Registered Manager
New Home Opening!
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £53,000 base, with potential earnings up to £60,800 through bonuses
Exciting Opportunity - Brand New 4-Bed Children's Home!
Are you an experienced Registered Manager passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We're seeking a dedicated leader to spearhead the opening and management of a brand-new children's home for young people aged 11-17 with challenging behaviours.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality care in line with OFSTED regulations
* Leading and inspiring a team to support young people in a safe, nurturing environment
* Developing and implementing strategic plans for home improvements
* Overseeing staffing, mentoring, and care-focused training
* Ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* 2-3 years of management experience in children's residential care
* Strong knowledge of the Children's Act 1989 and Care Standards Act 2000
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
