About the Role:
As a Child Welfare Specialist at Cumberland Council, you will be part of a dedicated team that delivers impactful support to children, families, and carers. Your role will focus on improving outcomes for children and young people in Cumbria by championing their voice and providing tailored plans that meet their needs.
In this position, you will manage complex and high-risk cases, building meaningful relationships with children, families, and carers. You will conduct detailed assessments, formulate child-focused plans, and apply evidence-based practice to ensure effective interventions tailored to individual needs.
