Please do contact us for more information or an informal discussion Main duties of the job The paediatric unit offers a unique environment for nursing professionals to develop their paediatric experience across a range of areas, Inpatients, HDU Critical Care Level 2, Paediatric Assessment Unit, and outpatients including surgery and day case interventions. As an integrated organisation our acute paediatric team works in close collaboration with our community children's nursing teams inclusive of our virtual ward team who are Nursing Times award nominees. You will be responsible for the daily clinical, operational and quality management of outpatient and day case paediatric clinical areas, providing professional development of staff within that area. You will provide support to all staff within the paediatric unit and will work in partnership with all multi-disciplinary teams.
